Please be impressed with rice.We contract directly with farmers in Fukui Prefecture, the birthplace of Koshihikari rice, and have new rice delivered directly to our store.Through trial and error, we discovered how to cook the freshest and most delicious rice to make it as delicious as possible.We have prepared 9 dishes that are carefully selected to go with rice.

1) When it comes to accompanying rice, we think of mustard cod roe.I chose mentaiko with a good balance of sweetness, spiciness, and umami.
2) Salt-grilled fatty salmon for sashimi
3) Fill it up with meat side dishes.I have prepared beef sukiyaki that is similar to sweet and spicy.
4) Chirimen Sansho.Kombu tsukudani.Seaweed tsukudani.The jet black color stands out against the white rice.

6) Bluefin tuna dipping sauce also goes well.
